Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

As our products may be made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect choice. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
